Duncan was also fortunate enough to have been invited to compete against the very best of Thai chefs on ‘Iron Chef Thailand’.

Food For Thought Tour
Duncan with his wife Julia and Gordon also filmed a cooking / travel documentary for channel 9 in Tasmania called ‘Food For Thought Tour Tasmania” where we collected second hand motorcycle jackets to hand out to people who living on the streets. And we cooked up a winters feast with some of Tasmania’s finest fare.
